New year, new beginnings!
Here's one of my new beginnings--a blog. An adventure begins. It's a bit daunting but I'm eager to learn. Anyone have encouraging words to share?

- My love for purses, totes, bags, handbags and as my grandmother used to say, pocketbooks, lead me to design and sew my own. When other women began to notice and admire the bags I was carrying (ask me about the girl who followed me around JoAnns) and where they might be able to find a bag like mine, a business was born. I have expanded my offerings to include other accessories and gift items in addition to handmade purses. I live in Florida. I am an accessories designer and a collector of fabric.
